REGULAR MEETING MAY 19, 1997 and Parcel II: A part of Bank Out Lot Numbered Seventy-one of the First Plat of Out lots Of the Town, now City of South Bend, platted by the State Bank of Indiana, described as beginning at a point 52 feet South of the Northwest corner of said Bank Out Lot Numbered 71, which point is 32 feet South of the Southeast corner of Chapin and Napier Streets in said City of South Bend; thence East on a line 32 feet South of and parallel to the South line of said Napier Street, a distance of 118.14 feet; thence South 57.1 feet; thence West 118.14 feet to, the east line of said Chapin Street; thence North on the East line of said Chapin Street a distance of. 57.1 feet to the place of beginning. Key No. 18-3051-2001. Commonly known as 306 South Chapin Street, by Commission to the City of South Bend, Indiana,. shall be, and hereby is, accepted, subject to the adoption of a resolution by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission substantially identical in its terms and conditions to this resolution. 2. That upon receipt of fully executed quitclaim deed(s) to the Real Property from Commission, the Clerk of the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana is hereby authorized and directed to cause the recording of said quitclaim deed(s) in the Office of the St. Joseph County Recorder. 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect uppn its adoption. ADOPTED at a meeting of the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana held on May 19, 1997, at 1308 County -City Building, 227 West Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana 46601. Upon a motion made by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Ms. Roemer and carried, the following Resolution was adopted by the Board of Public Works: RESOLUTION NO. 40-1997 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA; AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF CERTAIN PARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY TO SOUTH BEND HERITAGE, INC. WHEREAS, the City of South Bend; Indiana (hereinafter the "City"), is the owner of one (1) parcel of real property situated in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, and being more particularly described as follows: Parcel I: A lot or parcel of land in the Northwest part of Bank Out Lot Numbered 71 of the First Plat of Out Lots of the Town, now City of South Bend, in St. Joseph County, Indiana, platted by the State Bank of Indiana, which part is bounded by a line running as follows-.
