<br />It was noted that Southeasten Equipment Company, Inc., 3333 West Coliseum Boulevard, Fort
<br />Wayne, Indiana, declined to bid. Upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by Mr. Caldwell and
<br />carried, the bid submitted by Coe Equipment, Inc., R.R. #1, Box 290, Rochester, Illinois, was
<br />rejected, as there was no bid security submitted. Upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by
<br />Mr. Caldwell and carried, the bid received from Eby Ford, Lincoln-Mercury, 2714 Elkhart Road,
<br />Goshen, Indiana, was rejected, as the Bid Form was not notarized and the Bid Bond was not signed.
<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by Mr. Caldwell and carried, the above bids were
<br />referred to the Division of Equipment Services for review and recommendation.
<br />AWARD BID - COLLEGE FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME - EXHIBITRY UPGRADE
<br />Mr. Bernie Kish, Executive Director, College Football Hall of Fame, advised the Board that on
<br />March 10, 1997, bids were received and opened for the above referred to project. After reviewing
<br />those bids, Mr. Kish recommends that the Board award the contract to Omnicraft, 512 West Ireland
<br />Road, South Bend, Indiana, as follows:

<br />Therefore, Mr. Caldwell made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the bid be awarded
<br />as outlined above. Ms. Roemer seconded the motion which carried.
<br />AWARD OUOTATION - COLLEGE FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME - PRESS BOX LIGHTING
<br />MODIFICATIONS - PROJECT NO. 97-26
<br />Mr. Carl P. Littrell, Director, Division of Engineering, advised the Board that on March 10, 1997,
<br />quotations were received and opened for the above referred to project. After reviewing those
<br />quotations, Mr. Littrell recommends that the Board award the contract to Herrman & Goetz, Inc.,
<br />225 South Lafayette, South Bend, Indiana, in the amount of $31,675.00..Therefore, Mr. Littrell
<br />made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the quotation be awarded as outlined above.
<br />Ms. Roemer seconded the motion which carried.
<br />AWARD BID - ABANDONED VEHICLES
<br />Mr. Gary Libbey, Department of Code Enforcement, advised the Board that on March 10, 1997, bids
<br />were received and opened for the above referred to vehicles. After reviewing those bids, Mr. Libbey
<br />recommends that the Board award the bids as follows:
