REGULAR MEETING
<br />NOVEMBER 23, 1998
<br />A lot or parcel of land 8.8 feet in width, East and West, taken off of and from the entire
<br />length of the West side of Lot Numbered One (1) and another lot or parcel of land 15.75 feet
<br />in width, East and West, taken off of and from the entire length of the East side of Lot
<br />Numbered Two (2) all as shown on the recorded Plat of Studebaker and line's Subdivision
<br />of the Southern part of Bank Out Lot Numbered 80 of the Second Plat of Out Lots of the
<br />Town, now City of South Bend, in St. Joseph County, Indiana, platted by the State Bank of
<br />Indiana,
<br />by Commission to the City of South Bend, Indiana, shall be, and hereby is, accepted, subject to the
<br />adoption of a resolution by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission substantially identical in its
<br />terms and conditions to this resolution.
<br />2. That upon receipt of fully .executed quitclaim deed(s) to the Real Property from
<br />Commission, the Clerk of the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana is hereby
<br />authorized and directed to cause the recording of said quitclaim deed(s) in the Office of the St. Joseph
<br />County Recorder.
<br />3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect upon its adoption.
<br />ADOPTED at a meeting of the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana
<br />held on November 23, 1998, at 1308 County -City Building, 227 West Jefferson Boulevard, South
<br />Bend, Indiana 46601.

<br />ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 100-1998 - TRANSFER OF CERTAIN PARCELS OF REAL
<br />PROPERTY TO THE SOUTH BEND HERITAGE FOUNDATION, INC.
<br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Roemer, seconded by Mr. Caldwell and carried, the following
<br />Resolution was adopted by the Board of Public Works:
<br />RESOLUTION NO. 100-1998
<br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE
<br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AUTHORIZING THE
<br />TRANSFER OF CERTAIN PARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY TO
<br />SOUTH BEND HERITAGE FOUNDATION, INC.
<br />WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Indiana (hereinafter the "City"), is the owner of one (1)
<br />parcel of real property situated in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, and being more
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />A lot or parcel of land 8.8 feet in width, East and West, taken off of and from the entire
<br />length of the West side of Lot Numbered One (1) and another lot or parcel of land 15.75 feet
<br />in width, East and West, taken off of and from the entire length of the East side of Lot
<br />Numbered Two (2) all as shown on the recorded Plat of Studebaker and Hine's Subdivision
<br />of the Southern part of Bank Out Lot Numbered 80 of the Second Plat of Out Lots of the
<br />Town, now City of South Bend, in St. Joseph County, Indiana, platted by the State Bank of
<br />Indiana
<br />WHEREAS, the care, custody and control of City -owned real estate is vested in the Board
<br />of Public Works pursuant to I.C. 36-9-6-3 and 36-1-11-1, et seq.; and
