Favorable
recommendations have been received by the Police Department, Fire Department, Code Enforcement
and the Building Department.
Mr. Timothy Wick, Homier Distributing Company, 84 Commercial Road, Huntington, Indiana, was
Present and recommended approval. Mr. Glenn McQueen, South Bend Police Department, was present, and stated that
Mr. Rouse was charged with a D felony from Anderson, Indiana; was charged in 1981 for a felony
theft which was dropped; convicted of a burglary; criminal conversion in 1989; and resisting police
by flight in 1991.
