1. 1 9 I REGULAR MEETING MARCH 30, 1998 $27,500.00. Therefore, upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell seconded by Ms. Roemer and carried, the Agreement was approved and executed. APPROVAL OF PROPOSAL - APPRAISAL Mr. Littrell stated that the Board is in receipt of a Proposal between the City of South Bend and R.E. Pitts & Associates, Inc., 50580 Woodbury Way, Granger, Indiana, for a proposal for appraisal for industrial property. Mr. Littrell noted that the Agreement is in the amount of $7,000.00. Therefore, upon a motion made by Ms. Roemer, seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried, the Proposal was approved and executed. APPROVAL OF PROPOSAL - ENGINEERING SERVICES - STANDBY GENERATOR SYSTEMS FOR NINE (9) FIRE STATIONS Mr. Littrell stated that the Board is in receipt of an Agreement between the City of South Bend and ME Design Services, 120 South Hill Street, South Bend, Indiana, for electrical engineering services associated with nine (9) fire stations. Mr. Littrell noted that the Agreement is in the amount of $17,500.00. Therefore, upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by Ms. Roemer and carried, the Agreement was approved and executed. APPROVAL OF LICENSE APPLICATION FOR SCRAP METAL DEALERS Mr. Littrell stated that the Board is in receipt of favorable recommendations from the Fire Department and Code Enforcement for a License Application for the following businesses: South Bend Scrap & Processing 3113 S. Gertrude South Bend, Indiana South Bend Waste Paper 1519 S. Franklin South Bend, Indiana Northside Iron & Paper Corporation 3123 S. Gertrude South Bend, Indiana Weaver Truck & Equipment 3700 S. Gertrude South Bend, Indiana Hurwich Iron Co., Inc. 1700 S. Lafayette South Bend, Indiana South Bend Baling Iron Co., Inc. 1420 S. Walnut South Bend, Indiana Hurwich Iron Co., Inc. 2016 W. Washington South Bend, Indiana Steve & Gene's Auto Truck Salvage 3109 Gertrude South Bend, Indiana South Bend Iron & Metal 429 W. Indiana South Bend, Indiana A-1 Auto Parts 2014 S.
