That the Real Property situated in St. Joseph County, Indiana, and generally described as <br />follows be conveyed by The City of South Bend, Indiana to the Rum Village Neighborhood <br />Association: <br />PARCEL I. <br />Beginning at the southwest corner ofLot 17, Rafrs 3'd Addition; thence north 40 feet <br />along the west right-of-way line of Lot 17, to the northwest corner, thence east <br />123.66 feet to the northeast corner; thence south 40 feet to the southeast corner of <br />Lot 17; thence west 123.66 feet to the point of beginning.
