All construction contracts shall incorporate the items addressed in this Change Order. Only the <br />items contained herein are altered. The remainder of the Original Plans and Specifications remain valid in <br />their entirety. <br />The following is a summary and description of the revisions to the Contract by this Change Order: <br />1. Extend the 12-in water main at the intersection of Northside Boulevard and Notre Dame Avenue to <br />connect at the intersection of Northside Boulevard and St Peter Street. New tee and isolation valves <br />will be included at each intersection. <br />2. Replace the existing 6-in water main on Parry Street from the Marine Corps League approach to the <br />south and the intersection at the Western Avenue to the north. <br />3. Replace 3 fire hydrants on Parry Street. <br />4. Lengthen the approaches to the tabletop intersection at Northside Boulevard and S Notre Dame <br />Avenue from 6-ft to 8-ft. <br />The following sections of the Contract Documents are revised as a result of the above changes: <br />BIDDING AND CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS: <br />No Change <br />SPECIAL PROVISIONS: <br />No Change <br />1 <br />
