REGULAR MEETING NOVEMBER 27, 2000
<br />APPROVE CLAIMS
<br />Ms. M. Catherine Roemer, City Controller, submitted claims in the amount of $4,723,816.62 dated
<br />November 27, 2000, and $1,899,627.20, dated November 11, 2000 and recommended approval. It
<br />was noted this claim for November 11, 2000 was approved on November 20, 2000, pursuant to
<br />Resolution No. 100-2000. Additionally, Mr. Juan Manigault, Executive Director, WDS ofNorthern
<br />Indiana, submitted lists containing claims in the amount of $19,598.67 and $39,955.76 and
<br />recommended approval. Mr. Inks made a motion that the claims be approved and the reports as
<br />submitted be filed. Ms. Roemer seconded the motion which carried.
<br />RECESS BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS MEETING
<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the meeting recessed at 10:3 5
<br />a.m., for further discussion of the Award of Quotations for the Build -out of Lease Spaces 3 and 4 for
<br />Leighton Plaza, Project No. 100-99. The Board will reconvene at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday,
<br />November 29, 2000.
<br />RECONVENE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS MEETING
<br />The regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was reconvened at 4:05 p.m. on Wednesday,
<br />November 29, 2000, by Board President Gary A. Gilot, with Ms. M. Catherine Roemer and Mr.
<br />Donald E. Inks present. Also present was Board Attorney Frank Schaffer.
<br />AGENDA ITEMS ADDED
<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Ms. Roemer and carried, the following items were
<br />added to the agenda:
<br />- Resolution No. 124-2000 - Authorizing the Transfer fo Real Property to American Home Dreams,
<br />Inc.

<br />AWARD QUOTATIONS - BULD-OUT OF LEASE SPACE 3 AND 4 - LEIGHTON PLAZA
<br />LEPEEP RESTAURANT - PROJECT NO. 100-99
<br />Mr. Carl P. Littrell, City Engineer, advised the Board that on November 27, 2000, bids were received
<br />and opened for the above referred to project. After reviewing those bids, Mr. Gilot recommends that
<br />the Board award the bids as follows:
