Mr. Darnell O'Neal, B&J Excavation Company, was present, and stated that he has experienced differential treatment to the dumping of wood debris in St. Joseph County. Mr. O'Neal was told by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management that it was mandatory that all contractors dump wood at an approved landfill. He stated that other contractors are not following that procedure, and wanted to make this issue known to the Board of Public Works. Mr. Gilot stated that this information would be taken in account.
