Littrell, City Engineer, advised the Board that on May 15, 2000, bids were received and <br />opened for the above referred to project. After reviewing those bids, Mr. Littrell recommends that <br />the Board award the bids as follows: <br />L.E. Barber Inc. $151,050.00 - Zone 1 <br />Batteast Construction $132,220.00 - Zone 2 <br />Therefore, Mr. Littrell made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the bids be awarded <br />as outlined above. Mr. Inks seconded the motion which carried. <br />AWARD BIDS - CHEMICALS - WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT <br />Mr. Jack Dillon, Director, Environmental Services, advised the Board that on April 17, 2000, bids <br />were received and opened for the above referred to chemicals.
