Mr. Cangany said yes, our goal is to restrict and add more processes and layers into the <br />application process so when someone applies for the access service, we have more than just an <br />application to look at. We are also partnering with MACOG, and we're in the process of issuing <br />an RFP for new paratransit scheduling software to be more efficient. Traditionally, paratransit <br />service is the most expensive service that public transit agencies operate,-so we are trying to <br />make sure that we are only using the service for the folks who need it. <br />With no other business on the agenda, Committee Chair Jo M.
