)-I 6--N7 <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />High Tech Construction <br />Marvin Crayton Construction <br />APRIL 17.2000 <br />Approved Effective April 17, 2000 <br />Approved Effective April 17, 2000 <br />EXCAVATION BOND <br />Tony and Terrance Scott Approved Effective April 17, 2000 <br />d/b/a Scott Brothers Construction <br />High Tech Construction Approved Effective April 17, 2000 <br />Mr. Littrell made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and that the Bonds be approved as <br />outlined above. Ms. Roemer seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE TITLE SHEET-NORTHWESTNEIGHBORHOOD ALLEYCLOSURES -PROJECT <br />NO. 100-12 <br />Ms. Roemer advised that the Title Sheet for the above referred to project was being presented at this <br />time for execution. Upon a motion made by Ms. Roemer, seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried, the <br />above referred to Title Sheet was approved and signed. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Ms. M. Catherine Roemer, City Controller, submitted claims in the amount of $1,810,960.13 and <br />recommended approval. Ms. Roemer made a motion that the claims be approved and the reports as <br />submitted be filed. Mr. Inks seconded the motion which carried. <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />Ms. Roemer informed the Board that the Fraternal Order of Police will conduct their annual tribute <br />and memorial service to those police officers who have given their lives in the line of duty, on <br />Wednesday, May 17, 2000, at the Municipal Service Facility plaza beginning at2:00 p.m. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a motion made by Ms. Roemer, <br />seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the meeting adjourned at 10:05 a.m. <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />/11� - �1� <br />M. therine Roem�esitnt, <br />Carl P.
