ooIAW <br />REGULAR MEETING MARCH 27, 2000 <br />FILING OF APPLICATION FOR POLICE DEPARTMENT TOWING LIST - PATTI"S <br />TOWMASTERS <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Roemer, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, an application for the Police <br />Department towing list, as submitted by Patti's Towmasters, 2711 Western Avenue, South Bend, <br />Indiana, was filed. The applicant requested to be placed on the rotating list for towing for the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Ms. M. Catherine Roemer, City Controller, submitted claims in the amount of $2,256,791.76 and <br />recommended approval. Additionally, Mr. Juan Manigault, Executive Director, WDS of Northern <br />Indiana, submitted lists containing claims in the amount of $59,121.87 and $293,976.22 and <br />recommended approval. Community and Economic Development submitted claims on behalf ofthe <br />St. Joseph County Housing Consortium and recommended approval. Mr. Littrell made a motion that <br />the claims be approved and the reports as submitted be filed.
