SPECIAL MEETING <br />DULY 30, 2001 <br />seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried, the request to advertise for the receipt of bids was approved. <br />�� 1 L�,LI�I�I� i - �uu 1HEAST NEIGHBORHOOD <br />REDEVELOPMENT -PHASE II <br />Utility easements in the vacated alleys between High Street, Marietta Street, PennsylvaIn a memorandum to the Board, Mr. Carl Littrell, City Engineer, requested permission to release <br />nia Avenue, <br />and the vacated portion of Wenger Street, on behalf of the Department of Redevelopment for the <br />above referred to project. There are no public sewer or water facilities in these previously vacated <br />alleys. Upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the request was <br />approved. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, secondedbyMr. Inks and carried the plat for the Municipal <br />Protection Second Minor Subdivision was approved. This plat sets the boundaries between he <br />Municipal Services Facility and the jail site. <br />APPROVE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the following traffic control <br />devices were approved: <br />New Installation - No <br />Parking This Side of Street <br />- Tow Zone <br />New Installation - No <br />Through Traffic <br />New Installation - Optional <br />Movement Left Sign <br />New Installation - No <br />Through Traffic <br />New Installation - Wait <br />Delayed Signal <br />New Installation - Turn <br />Arrow <br />New Installation - Wait <br />Delayed Signal <br />New Installation - No <br />Parking - Bus Zone <br />Walter Street, Michigan to <br />Fellows, South Side. <br />Columbia and Monroe, NE <br />Corner for northbound <br />traffic <br />Western and St. Joseph for <br />eastbound traffic <br />Park Department has worked <br />with the neighborhood on this <br />problem. Cars parking on <br />residents' lawns.
