Jacob, Clerk <br />APPROVE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Inks, seconded by Ms. Roemer and carried, the following traffic control <br />devices were approved: <br />Removal - Handicapped <br />510 North Allen <br />Signs no longer needed. <br />Accessible Parking Space <br />Signs <br />Removal of One Hour <br />304 South Main <br />Parking, Installation of No <br />Parking/Tow Zone <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Ms. Roemer and carried, the following Certificates <br />of Insurance were accepted for filing: <br />Saylors End of the Trail Riding Stable <br />County Garden, Inc. <br />Hagerman Construction Corporation <br />Envirosolutions, Inc. & KPG LLC <br />APPROVE RELEASE OF EXCAVATION BOND <br />Mr. Anthony Molnar, Engineer, Division of Engineering, recommended that the following <br />Excavation Bond be released as follows: <br />EXCAVATION BONDS <br />Ward and Sons Released Effective April 23, 2001 <br />Mr. Gilot made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and that the Bonds be released as <br />outlined above. Ms. Roemer seconded the motion which carried. <br />FILING OF QUARTERLY REPORT - PUBLIC WORKS ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION <br />PROJECTS <br />Mr. Toy Villa, Public Construction Manager, submitted the quarterly report of the Public Works <br />Engineering construction projects to date. There being no further discussion, upon a motion made <br />by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the report was accepted and filed. <br />FILING OF MONTHLY REPORT - WATER WORKS <br />Mr. John Stancati, Director of Water Works, submitted a monthly report for the Department of <br />Water Works for the month of March 2001. There being no further discussion, upon a motion made <br />by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the report was accepted and filed. <br />
