REGULAR MEETING OCTOBER 14, 2002 <br />APPROVE CONSENT TO ANNEXATION AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO REMONSTRATE <br />Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of a Consent to Annexation and Waiver of Right to <br />Remonstrate as submitted by Mr. Andrew Place, Place Realty, Inc., 2133 Foxboro Court, <br />Mishawaka, Indiana. The Consent indicates that in consideration for permission to tap into the <br />public sanitary sewer and water system of the City, to provide sanitary sewer and water service to <br />the East side of Ironwood Road, South Bend, Indiana, Mr. Andrew Place waives and releases any <br />and all right to remonstrate against or oppose any pending or future annexation of the property by <br />the City of South Bend. Therefore, Mr. Littrell made a motion that the Consent be approved. Mr. <br />Inks seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE CONSENT TO ANNEXATION AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO REMONSTRATE <br />Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of a Consent to Annexation and Waiver of Right to <br />Remonstrate as submitted by Mr. Nafe Alick, NJA, LLC, 905 Strong Avenue, Elkhart, Indiana. The <br />Consent indicates that in consideration for permission to tap into the public sanitary sewer and water <br />system of the City, to provide sanitary sewer and water service to North side of State Road 23 North <br />of Douglas Road, South Bend, Indiana, (Key # 02-2019-0420, Key #02-2019-0419 and Key #02- <br />2061-2655), Mr. Alick waives and releases any and all right to remonstrate against or oppose any <br />pending or future annexation of the property by the City of South Bend. Therefore, Mr. Littrell made <br />a motion that the Consent be approved. Mr. Inks seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE CONSENT TO ANNEXATION AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO REMONSTRATE <br />Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of a Consent to Annexation and Waiver of Right to <br />Remonstrate as submitted by Mr. Lance Cleland, Nature's Gate, L.L.C., 1101 Lincolnway West, <br />Mishawaka, Indiana. The Consent indicates that in consideration for permission to tap into the <br />public sanitary sewer system of the City, to provide sanitary sewer service to Lot 3 and Lot 5 of Pin <br />Oaks Estates, South Bend, Indiana, (Key # 9933122), Mr. Cleland waive and release any and all right <br />to remonstrate against or oppose any pending or future annexation of the property by the City of <br />South Bend. Therefore, Mr. Littrell made a motion that the Consent be approved.
