Mr. Inks seconded the motion which carried. RECESS Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the meeting recessed at 10:30 a.m., to be re -convened at 1:15 p.m., September 9, 2002. RE -CONVENE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS MEETING The regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was re -convened at 1:15 p.m. on Monday, September 9, 2003, by Board President Gary A. Gilot, with Mr. Carl P. Littrell and Mr. Donald E. Inks present. Also present was Board Attorney Thomas Bodnar. REJECT/RE-ADVERTISE - SHERIDAN AVENUE STREET IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. 102-010 The Board of Public Works opened and read seven (7) bids for the above referred to project at the 9:30 a.m. meeting. It was noted that the Engineering Staff reported to the Board of Public Works that Addendum No. 1 had not be sent to McIntyre -Jones Construction. Therefore, upon a motion made by Mr. Inks, seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried, all bids were rejected, and the project will be re -advertised at a later date. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the meeting adjourned at 1:22 p.m. 1
