After reviewing those bids, Mr. Toy Villa, Public Construction Manager, recommends that the Board award the contract to the lowest, responsible responsive bidder, Rieth Riley Construction, 25200 State Road 23, South Bend, Indiana, in the amount of $223,152.63. Therefore, Mr. Gilot made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the bids be awarded as outlined above. Mr. Littrell seconded the motion which carried.
