Post Office Box 2779 Elkhart, Indiana 46515 Panzica Building Corporation 422 East Monroe Street South Bend, Indiana 46601 ADS Corporation 300 Atlantic Street Stamford, Connecticut 06901 APRIL 22, 2002 APPROVE CONSENT TO ANNEXATION AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO REMONSTRATE Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of a Consent to Annexation and Waiver of Right to Remonstrate as submitted by Mr. Art Moser, 25765 Edison Road, South Bend, Indiana. The Consent indicates that in consideration for permission to tap into the public sanitary sewer system of the City, to provide sanitary sewer service to the north side of Edison Road,1 /2 mile west of Pine Road, South Bend, Indiana, (Key # 21-1044-0764), Mr. Moser waive and releases any and all right to remonstrate against or oppose any pending or future annexation of the property by the City of South Bend. Therefore, Mr. Gilot made a motion that the Consent be approved. Mr. Littrell seconded the motion which carried. APPROVE CONSENT TO ANNEXATION AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO REMONSTRATE Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of a Consent to Annexation and Waiver of Right to Remonstrate as submitted by Mr. Dennis Miller, 17636 State Road 23, South Bend, Indiana. The Consent indicates that in consideration for permission to tap into the public sanitary water system of the City, to provide sanitary water service to the southeast corner of S.R. 23 and 29`h Street, South Bend, Indiana, (Key # 02-2118-5799 & 5800), Mr. Miller waive and releases any and all right to remonstrate against or oppose any pending or future annexation of the property by the City of South Bend. Therefore, Mr. Gilot made a motion that the Consent be approved. Mr. Littrell seconded the motion which carried. APPROVAL OF GRANTS OF EASEMENT - LINDEN AVENUE STREET LIGHTING Mr. Chris Dressel, Economic Development, submitted Grants of Easements for the following addresses for the installation and maintenance of street lighting and accompanying underground lighting circuits: 2102 Linden 235 Huey 237 Sadie Street 2208 Linden Vacant Lot - Corner of Linden/Haney Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried, the Grants of Easement were approved. APPROVE CLAIMS Mr. Gilot stated that the following claims were submitted to the Board for approval: Name Amount of Claim Date City of South Bend $2,099,912.91 April 15, 2002 Grauvogel & Associates (Oliver Plow Works Demolition) $ 4,852.60 April 5, 2002 St. Joseph County Housing Consortium $ 3,822.63 April 12, 2002 St. Joseph County Housing Consortium $ 586.06 March 14, 2002 Mr. Littrell made a motion that the claims be approved and the reports as submitted be filed. Mr. Gilot seconded the motion which carried.
