Therefore, upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the request to advertise was approved. <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />Mr. St. Clair Poindexter spoke regarding issues with Comcast and the Franchise Agreement. Some <br />of his concerns included Comcast's usage of old tapes and how they tapes over them; running tapes <br />for five (5) hours unattended, and when a problem arises, there is no one available to correct the tape; <br />Comcast uses old equipment; many times the broadcasts are barely viewable; and the pre-empting <br />of other programs produced for public access by commercial programming. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, <br />seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the meeting adjourned at 10:15 a .m <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WO KS <br />Gary A�Gilot, President <br />CarIM.
