Clancy Jones Non -Collusion Affidavit was in order Non -Discrimination Commitment form was completed Five per cent (5%) Bid Bond was submitted BID: Unit Price $ 146.67 Total Bid $102,669.00 Bid for 2004 (Unit Price) $ 148.87 Bid for 2005 (Unit Price) $ 151.10 Upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by Mr. Gilot and carried, the above bid was referred to the Street Department for review and recommendation.
