Jacob, Clerk <br />APPROVE CONSENT TO ANNEXATION AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO REMONSTRATE <br />Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of a Consent to Annexation and Waiver of Right to <br />Remonstrate as submitted by Mr. and Mrs. Neil Edison, 60351 South St. Joseph Street, South Bend, <br />Indiana. The Consent indicates that in consideration for permission to tap into the public sanitary <br />sewer system of the City, to provide sanitary sewer service to the west side of St. Joseph Street north <br />of Johnson Road, South Bend, Indiana, (Key # 01-1060-1731 ), the Edison's waive and release any <br />and all right to remonstrate against or oppose any pending or future annexation of the property by <br />the City of South Bend. Therefore, Mr. Inks made a motion that the Consent be approved. Mr. <br />Littrell seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE CONSENT TO ANNEXATION AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO REMONSTRATE <br />Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of a Consent to Annexation and Waiver of Right to <br />Remonstrate as submitted by Four Fain Corporation, 51943 Whitestable Lane, South Bend, Indiana. <br />The Consent indicates that in consideration for permission to tap into the public sanitary sewer <br />system of the City, to provide sanitary sewer service to 51943 Whitestable Lane, South Bend, <br />Indiana, Four Fam Corporation waives and releases any and all right to remonstrate against or oppose <br />any pending or future annexation of the property by the City of South Bend. Therefore, Mr. Inks <br />made a motion that the Consent be approved. Mr. Littrell seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE CONSENT TO ANNEXATION AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO REMONSTRATE <br />Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of a Consent to Annexation and Waiver of Right to <br />Remonstrate as submitted by Mr. and Mrs. Louis Molnar, 60243 St. Joseph Street, South Bend, <br />Indiana. The Consent indicates that in consideration for permission to tap into the public sanitary <br />sewer system of the City, to provide sanitary sewer service to the west side of St. Joseph Street south <br />of Jewell Avenue, South Bend, Indiana, (Key #01-1060-1726 ), the Molnar's waive and release any <br />and all right to remonstrate against or oppose any pending or future annexation of the property by <br />the City of South Bend. Therefore, Mr. Inks made a motion that the Consent be approved. Mr. <br />Littrell seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVAL OF AUTHORIZATION FOR ENTRY UPON PUBLIC PROPERTY FOR DRILLING <br />PURPOSES (REVISED) <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the Authorization for Entry <br />was approved, for the locations of the property in the alley to the west of the 1100 block of North <br />Kaley, parallel to the 2700 block of Lincolnway west to install a groundwater recovery well. <br />APPROVE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried, the following traffic control <br />devices were approved/denied: <br />New Installation - Reserved <br />1605 Kemble <br />Denied - Homeowner has <br />Handicapped Parking Signs <br />driveway access. <br />New Installation - Reserved <br />308 South Frances <br />All criteria has been met. <br />Handicapped Parking Signs <br />New Installation - 3-Way <br />Wenger and Rush (on <br />Increase in pedestrian traffic. <br />Stop Sign <br />Wenger) <br />Removal - No Parking during <br />South Street and Sunnyside <br />School renovation. <br />Football Games Signs <br />Avenue <br />New Installation - Stop Sign <br />Wenger and Marietta <br />Due to increase in pedestrian <br />traffic. <br />1 <br />
