The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News which were found to be sufficient. The following bids were opened and publicly read. It was noted that the bid received from Michiana Truck Center, 3610 Deahl Court, South Bend, Indiana, had an insufficient Bid Bond amount. Therefore, upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the bid of Michiana Truck Center was rejected.
