PUBLIC AGENDA SESSION <br />SEPTEMBER 22, 2005 <br />0319 <br />1 <br />1 <br />The Public Agenda Session of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:00 a.m. on <br />Thursday, September 22, 2005, by Board President Gary A. Gilot, with Mr. Carl P. <br />Littrell present. Mr. Donald E. Inks was not present. Also present was Board Attorney <br />Thomas Bodnar.
