_04 SPECIAL MEETING APRIL 4, 2005 A special meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:35 a.m. on Monday, April 4, 2005, by Board President Gary A. Gilot, with Carl P. Littrell present. Mr. Donald E. Inks was not present. Also present was board Attorney Thomas Bodnar. AGENDA ITEM ADDED Upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by Mr. Gilot and carried, the following item was added to the agenda: - Request to Advertise for the Receipt of Bids/Title Sheet — Fire Department Equipment Storage Building OPENING OF BIDS This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for the above referred to project. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News, which were found to be sufficient.
