REGULAR MEETING MARCH 15, 2005 <br />Hoosier Truck Fleet, Inc. d/b/a Patty's Towing <br />Hoosier Truck Services South Bend, Indiana <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />APPROVE AND/OR RELEASE CONTRACTOR AND EXCAVATION BONDS <br />Mr. Anthony Molnar, Engineer, Division of Engineering, recommended that the <br />following Contractor and Excavation Bonds be approved and/or released as follows: <br />BOND OF CONTRACTOR <br />B&T Excavating <br />BOND OF EXCAVATION <br />Jess Howard Electric Company <br />Ark Engineering Services, Inc. <br />Approved Effective March 8, 2005 <br />Pursuant to Resolution100-2000 <br />Released Effective March 14, 2005 <br />Approved Effective March 1, 2005, <br />Pursuant to Resolution No. 100-2000 <br />Mr. Gilot made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and that the Bonds be <br />approved and/or released as outlined above.
