<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Relos, seconded by Ms. Maradik and carried, the above bids were
<br />referred to Central Services and the Fire Department for review and recommendation.
<br />APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 — 14OFFMAN HOTEL. RENOVATIONS — PROJECT
<br />NO. 115-071 (RWDA TIF)
<br />Mr. Gilot advised that Mr. Toy Villa, Engineering, has submitted Change Order No. 1 on behalf
<br />of JJamco Construction, Inc., 27991 County Road 10, Suite 105, Elkhart, Indiana 46514,
<br />indicating the Contract amount be increased by S26,200.00 for a new Contract sum, including
<br />this Change Order, in the amount of S170,899.37. Upon a motion made by Mr. Relos, seconded
<br />by Ms. Maradik and carried, the Change Order was approved.
<br />APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 — HOFFMAN HOTEL RENOVATIONS — PROJECT

<br />Mr. Gilot advised that Mr. Toy Villa, Engineering, has submitted Change Order No. 2 on behalf
<br />of JJamco Construction, Inc., 27991 County Road 10, Suite 105, Elkhart, Indiana 46514,
<br />indicating the Contract amount be increased by S2,535.00 for a new Contract sum, including this
<br />Change Order, in the amount of $173,434.37. Upon a motion made by Mr. Relos, seconded by
<br />Ms. Maradik and carried, the Change Order was approved.

<br />the Contract amount be increased by $6,156.05 for a new Contract sum, including this Change
<br />Order, in the amount of $3,448,002.83. Upon a motion made by Mr, Relos, seconded by Ms.
<br />Maradik and carried, the Change Order was approved.
