REGULAR MEETING SEPTEMBER 14, 2009 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />BILL NO. 09-60 A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON <br /> COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br /> BEND, INDIANA, APPROVING A <br /> PETITION OF THE AREA BOARD OF <br /> ZONING APPEALS FOR THE <br /> PROPERTY LOCATED AT 616 N. ST. <br /> PETER STREET <br /> <br />Councilmember Puzzello made a motion to refer Bill Nos. 09-59 and 09-60 to the Zoning <br />and Annexation Committee and set for Public Hearing and Third Reading on October 12, <br />2009. Councilmember Oliver Davis seconded the motion which carried by a voice vote <br />of nine (9) ayes. <br /> <br />BILL NO. 09-61 A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON <br /> COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br /> BEND, INDIANA, APPROVING A <br /> PETITION OF THE AREA BOARD OF <br /> ZONING APPEALS OF ST. JOSEPH <br /> COUNTY, INDIANA FOR THE <br /> PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1434 <br /> GARLAND CIRCLE, SOUTH BEND, <br /> INDIANA <br /> <br />Councilmember Varner made a motion to refer Bill No. 09-61 to the Zoning and <br />Annexation Committee and set for Public Hearing and Third Reading on September 28, <br />2009.
