BonDurant, Member <br />MARCH 14.2007 <br />The Board of Public Safety met in Executive Session on Wednesday, March 14 , 2007 at 8:35 a.m. <br />The meeting was held in the Mayor's Conference Room, 14~' Floor, County City Building, South <br />Bend, Indiana, for the purposes specified in I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b) (2) (B) and (b) (6) (A). President <br />Jesusa Rodriguez and Board Members Juanita Dempsey, Donald Alford, and Patrick Cottrell were <br />present. Board Member Bruce J. BonDurant was absent. Also present were Police Chief Thomas <br />Fautz, Assistant Fire Chief Richard Switalski and Board Attorney Thomas Bodnar. BonDurant, Member <br />POLICE SELECTION PANEL <br />MARCH 14, 2007 <br />The Police Selection Panel met at 8:52 a.m. on Wednesday, March 14, 2007 in the Mayor's <br />Conference Room, 14th Floor, County City Building, South Bend, Indiana, for the purpose of <br />formulating a recommendation to be made to the Board of Public Safety. Present were Police Chief <br />Thomas Fautz, President Jesusa Rodriguez and Attorney Thomas Bodnar. Also present were <br />Assistant Fire Chief Richard Switalski and Board Members Juanita Dempsey, Donald Alford, and <br />Patrick Cottrell. Board Member Bruce J. BonDurant was absent. Upon a motion made by Chief <br />Fautz and seconded by Jesusa Rodriguez, the panel approved of the recommendation from Chief <br />
